I am doing hard things every day — cold showers, waking up early, meditating, reading, working out, teaching myself to do hard things.

Feeling calm and energized every day. I have unshakable habits — eating vegetarian, sleeping 8 hours, working out every day, and not engaging in activities that shake my ease. It is not a point in time I get to; it is a state of being.

I am seeing my loved ones every week. We are enjoying our time together, laughing, feeling supported, feeling a sense of belonging. Family dinners.

I am building agents that do masterful work for humans. I understand AI agent building so well that I have built a company whose agent teams are so good that millions of people around the world rave over my products and are super-fans — just like I am with Notion, Cursor, and Claude. I love the work I do. I actually love building my agents every day, and I do not do it for the money — I do it because it is my passion.

I have built specific knowledge in a domain. I have taken accountability on by starting my own thing. I have leveraged myself through the highest-leverage tools in the world — code, community, content, and charisma — and I have earned millions in equity, far more than anything I would ever spend. Across all the businesses I own, the net value is over 10 million.

My original community — MakersLounge — is fully owned by the community itself; it runs and grows itself, to over 100,000 members, all with a passionate intensity to make something impactful for the world. Across all my communities, I have over a million members across every continent.

I am travelling across the world every quarter of the year — exploring new places, trying new things, feeling the awe and wonder and magic of the earth.

Everything I do, all day every day, is in service of the world. I feel like I am doing exactly what I need to do to help the world.
